Chere Cofield is the Founder and CEO of Chere Cofield International, LLC, a health and wellness company that focuses on the total person, from the outward appearance to the inner core of a person with special focus on Stress management. She is a featured speaker at the Work Your Package Women’s Conference on March 28 and sure to provide tips you can put into action immediately to reduce the amount of stress in your life.

What benefit you offer to your target audience and why?

I help my clients to manage stress effectively so they live longer, have a happy, healthy, harmonious lifestyle, and not sweat the small things that come about in life

What are the top 3 questions asked by your [customers, readers, followers]?

What is stress?, How do I reduce stress in my life?, What inspired you to help others manage their stress?

If you had a list of ‘best-kept secrets’ [websites, books, coaches] you’d recommend, which would you include and why?

Books – The Crash that Altered my Life, Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff, What’s Really Holding You Back? These books motivated me and got me through some rough patches in my life.
Coaches – Cheryl Wood because she empowers me and other women all over the world to keep pushing keep working and walk in my purpose

What tips can you recommend that you’d only share with a close friend (and everyone reading this blog)?

Don’t settle. If you want it go get it. Never accept no as the final answer. No just means not now.

What are three things you’ve told yourself that kept you going during your darkest hour?

“You are your brand, Represent it well and at all times” “Someone else has gone through your trial and survive, they are waiting to hear your message, don’t quit now” Girl, who told you your journey would be easy?, If it were easy everyone would be doing it”

What are three life memories you recall most frequently and why?

First, the birth of my sons because I will never know love at first sight like that every again in my life. Second, the death of my father 5 years ago at the age of 59 years old from a heart attack because it reminds me that time waits for no man. We are not promised the next minute of life. If today was my last day on this earth, I want to know I have no regrets or I “wish-I-hads”. Third, I recall my emotional and financial crash after my divorce because it reminds me what I’ve been through and the strength I had to have to overcome and become the successful woman I am today.
