Admirable—Truly gifted women are admired not just for their talents but for their willingness to share it unselfishly with others.
What is the purpose of having talent if you aren’t going to share it?The type of talent I’m referring to has nothing to do with singing, dancing or playing sports. This is about having a natural and innate comprehension of how to do something well on a broader perspective. Being confident in the talents you possess doesn’t make you cocky or arrogant but thinking that you should be the only beneficiary from that talent is a tragedy. There many talents that could be listed, but the talents listed below, if shared, can have a positive impact on humanity:
I know we live in a world of “What’s in it for me” but when you operate in the mode of “How can I benefit someone else” it allows you to share your talents without inhibition or fear of being taken advantage of. Think about the talents you naturally possess. Now think about the last time you used them to benefit of someone else without the caveat of receiving something in return. If you have to think about it, then it has been too long since you have used them.
