Ayanna has degrees in Deviant Behavior and Social Control and Business Administration. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Government Meeting Professional (CGMP), Certified Administrative Professional – Organizational Management (CAP, OM) and Master Life Coach with over 25 years of professional experience in city government, law, public relations, private equity and media. She currently works for one of the country’s largest water utilities as the Employee Engagement Coordinator and is responsible for enterprise-wide programs to include recognition, celebration and diversity and inclusion. She has been profiled in and authored articles for Executive Secretary Magazine. She has also authored two books, “Work Your Package – A Guide to Being the Total Package” and “Lessons from Wednesday”.
